"Lots of negative comments now on insurance in general. Conversely I would like to make some very positive comments on State Farm and specifically Kim and her elite staff. I have had SF insurance for over 60 Recently I incurred water damage in my rec room located in my basement. State Farm assisted me on identifying associated expenses that I had not identified. Only positive assistance was given and no debating on recovering costs created by the damage. A big shout out for Donna Dunlap who has always been awesome. ( She knows the business) !"
